Epic Gravesend Event Ends with a NEW Champion!

Major shock in the Main Event of our Gravesend show at The Woodville.

Tate Mayfairs proved once again that "Tateness is Greatness" as he became a double Rumble champion after a controversial win over European Champion Danny Black to claim his Title. But it didn't last five minutes as Tommy Tanner, The 2024 Rumble Newcomer of the Year, cashing in his Contract in the Case, which he won earlier in the evening in a match against "The Peckham Playboy" Hakan, allowing him to challenge a Rumble Champion anytime and any place.

Tommy Tanner succeeded in his Cash In, with the Gravesend faithful fully behind him and chanting his name, thus being crowned the NEW Rumble European Champion.

Elsewhere on the show, Rumble Tag Team Champions Kieron Lacey and "Mean Machine" Mark Trew returned to a Rumble Ring following a successful tour of Japan with promotion NOAH. They put on a dominant display against two of the Bryant Brothers, Zander and Leland, firmly cementing their status as the most dominating tag teams in Rumble Wrestling. 

Nino Bryant successfully defended his Mal Mason British Lightweight Championship in a traditional British Rounds match, defeating Ted Sabin two falls to one in an exciting back and forth contest. This match had a specially appointed referee, legendary former wrestler and British Lightweight Champion Steve Grey calling the action right down the middle.

Finally, Rumble Wrestling Champion Sid Manelli, winner of the 22 man Rumble match from our previous event at The Woodville in February, defeated Mr USA in an unorthodox chain match. 

Rumble Wrestling returns to The Woodville in Gravesend later this year on 28th May 2025. There will be exciting tag team action, Ladies action and a TLC match headlining the bill.
